Add money into your account manually

You can add money to your Picky Assist account which can be used to buy new plans, renew your current plans, buy bundled packages, WhatsApp template charges etc

Indian customers are requested to please keep in touch with our Indian team for making payments in local currency (INR) and get GST Invoices. (Call [phone]) all billing will be done only in USD even if you are paying in any other currencies

Supported Payment Gateway's

Topup can be added using Paypal or Razorpay payment gateway, you can select your preferred payment gateway at the time of transaction.

5% Payment Processing Charges

We charge 5% extra towards the payment processing charges suppose you would like to add $100 to your account you need to pay $105 and only $100 will be added to your account.

No Refund & Non Transferable

Payment once added to your account can't be transferred to any other account or can't be refunded for any reason so kindly add the payment only as and when you needed the same.

The minimum payment is $25

You need to add a minimum payment of $25 to your account using this method

Adding One time Payment into your account.

Login into your Picky Assist account then from the left side menu click on My Profile and you will able to see a window as below or you can use the direct link https://pickyassist.com/app/dashboard/wallet then input the amount you wish to add and click on "Make Payment" button as shown below;

Select Payment Gateway & Complete the transcation, after successful payment your account will be credit with the amount after debiting the payment processing charges

Auto Topup your Account

You can configure auto top-up of your account in regular intervals to cover different charges. Login into your Picky Assist account then from the left side menu bottom click on "Profile" then click on "View BIlling" as shown below

Then you will able to see a new page as shown below, click on the Subscription menu, direct link to the subscription menu https://pickyassist.com/app/account/billing/subcription, and then click on +Subscription as shown below

A popup window will appear where you can give a name, amount, and frequency of payment, you can select daily, monthly, or yearly as the frequency, if you select daily then every day the amount you selected will be added to your Picky Assist account

Fill the details and click on "Submit" button

You will see a new popup as shown below and click on the Paypal button and complete the transaction to create an auto subscription which will automatically add the specified amount to your Picky Assist account as per the frequency configured by you

Canceling the auto subscription

If you wish to cancel the auto subscription created by you then you can do this by simply clicking the "Cancel" button as shown below;
