You have the option to enter Question Variations i.e one question can be asked in many ways.
By default, Smart Replies work based on the closest match to the questions that have been added. For example, if a question like "What are the advantages of a chatbot" is added, the system may match this question if someone types only "chatbot" alone. That is, if someone sends just "chatbot," the system is likely to match it with the question "What are the advantages of a chatbot?" if there are no closer matching patterns, as the system treats this as the best match.
To avoid this scenario, if you want the bot to respond only when an exact match is found, you can turn on the settings as shown below.
With this setting enabled, the system will send the answer and perform any smart actions configured only when the user's question is exactly matched, e.g., "What are the advantages of a chatbot"
Segregate the questions into various topics / categories, topics may differ from business to business some of the common topics are as below;
