# Connecting Additional WhatsApp Numbers

In this guide, we will learn how to connect additional WhatsApp numbers to an existing project

Login into your Picky Assist Account -> Left Side More Menu -> Settings -> [Channels](https://pickyassist.com/app/settings/channels) and you will see an "Add" button as shown below;

A popup will appear on the screen as shown below, from here you need to follow the step-by-step instructions&#x20;

**Select the channel number, then click on "Buy Adon Now" if you have more channels allocated then it will show as "Allocated"**&#x20;

**Now give a channel number,  description and select an icon this will appear across the platform**&#x20;

**You can customize the channel icon by selecting more icons as shown below or can select any of the pre-build channel names as shown below;**

**Now click on "Create Channel" button to complete the payment**&#x20;

**You will be billed pro-rated basis and the validity of the newly added channel will be the same as your base plan, click on the "Activate" button as shown below**&#x20;

**Select the payment gateway and complete the purchase**&#x20;

If you are from India then only the Wallet option will be shown as Paypal is not available for Indian Customers due to regulations&#x20;

**Once the payment is successfully completed you will see a window as shown below, click on "Activate"**&#x20;

**If you are using WhatsApp Web Automation then you will be prompted to select a data center as shown below, select the data center then click on "Connect"**

## Getting the unique channel id&#x20;

If you would like to connect the channel with API then you must pass the unique channel id, you can see the unique channel id in the channel list as shown below;

If you wish to share the channel with other teambox users then please make sure that you have updated the privilege in the **Organisation ->** [**Roles**](https://pickyassist.com/app/organization/roles) as shown below
