Contacts
Module which includes all the contacts
The Contacts module is the core of Picky Assist’s system modules, where all contacts we message or receive messages from are saved as records. Mainly a contact is shown for incoming messages A channel connection is mandatory to create a record in Contacts, so ensure that you are connected to a channel before adding a contact. Each record in Contacts module displays the Channel through which the messages are incoming. The Contacts module include inbuilt fields for adding Tags and Category. The Category field is only available as an Inbuilt field in Contact module by default.
The Contacts module includes unique fields like "Last Interacted Time," "Last Active Time," and "Last Message Sent Time," which update automatically based on interactions.
Last Active Time: This field indicates the time of the most recent incoming message received from the contacts.
Last Message Sent Time: This field displays the time of the most recent outgoing message sent to a contact.
Last Interacted Time: This field shows the time of the most recent interaction with a contact, whether it was an incoming or outgoing message.
The contact module sorts records based on the "Last Interacted Time," displaying the most recently interacted contact at the top of the list. Chatbots are enabled only for contacts saved within this module. Fields in the Contact module cannot be deleted; however, they can be edited to suit your preferences.
There are multiple ways to add contacts to the Contacts module. A channel connection and either a mobile number or an email address are required to add a contact. Records are saved automatically in the Contacts module when a message is received from any connected channel or when an outgoing message is sent from Quick Messages. Contacts can also be added manually using the "Add Record" button on the list page, as well as through the "Data Lookup" or "Map Contact" actions in Workflows, Funnels, and Connectors.
Note : Mobile number or email ID, along with a channel, is mandatory to create a contact.
