Connector configured in Prebuilt

Connectors are used for integrating 3rd party applications with our platform by sending triggers based on some events. Also able to done many automations with connector by using the Actions, Filters, Iterator and Formatter features of the connector. Here prebuilt connectors are used for different purpose like Lead generation from 3rd party apps, Timely Reminders, Daily reports, Greeting messages and ChatGpt integrations. The connectors have relation with CRM modules, so for the proper working of connectors you have to install the required CRM modules otherwise this will lead to loss of the configurations. The Connectors used in prebuilt are;

Facebook Ad Form to Leads: This Connector integrates Facebook Ad forms with our platform. When someone fills out and submits the ad form, the connector is triggered, and the form data becomes available in the connector log. The data can then be added to the Lead module as a new lead using Connector Actions and Filters. For using this you have to integrate your connector with the Facebook ad form.

Lead Creation from Email: This Connector extracts information from incoming emails and adds it as a new lead in the Leads module. It operates based on email triggers, meaning the connector is triggered whenever an email is sent to the Connector Email. These Connectors are known as Email Parsers, created by selecting "email" as the event source when setting up the connector.

Adding Quick Leads: This Connector works with the Mini App. If a user wants to quickly add a lead to the CRM, they can use the Mini App from the right-side menu, enter the details, and click the submit button. This will trigger the connector and add the lead as a new record in the Leads module using the Actions and Filters features.

Email for Daily Lead Report: This Connector sends details regarding the Leads adding in to the CRM on a daily basis to the Admin as an Email. At the end of a day the connector sends the Email to the admin including the current stage and Lead count against each. This connector is triggered with a Scheduler daily. This Connector uses Reports and Email Template for sending the emails.

Meeting Reminder: This Connector works based on the data in the meeting module. It sends a meeting reminder message to the Leads two days before the meeting scheduled date. That is if a meeting date is scheduled on day after tomorrow they will get reminder message today on selected time on Scheduler.

Ask ChatGpt: This connector is integrated with the ChatGPT app. Users can access ChatGPT through the Mini App. Before using it, you must activate your ChatGPT App from the ‘Settings’ by using the API token.

Birthday Greeting Message: This Connector will send birthday wishes to the Leads on their birthdays. It is triggered by a Scheduler.

Mini App

Mini apps work with Connectors and are created using the Mini App Builder in Connectors. With Mini Apps, you can create forms or connect with third-party apps using APIs. Each time a Mini App is executed, a log is saved in the connector, and the log details can be mapped within the connector for further use. Mini App can easily accessed from the right side bar menu and execute easily from there.

Mini Apps configured in Prebuilt are Ask ChatGPT AI which is configured in Ask Chatgpt Connector and Add Leads Quickly which is configured in Adding Quick Leads Connector.

How do Mini apps work on prebuilt

In prebuilt, the Mini App is primarily used for adding Quick Leads. It includes a form with basic lead fields, allowing users to quickly input information. Accessible from the right-side menu, the Mini App enables users to manually add leads without needing to open the Lead module directly. When submitted, the Connector executes, a log is created, and the lead is automatically added to the Leads module as a new record. This streamlines lead creation and saves time for the user.

Also another Mini App is configured with ChatGPT in a Connector, enabling users to perform various quick functions like fixing errors, shortening text, and generating friendlier sentence alternatives. This Mini App can be integrated with a ChatGPT account, allowing for easy access to these functionalities through the right-side menu
