Click the text box and the direct url will copy into the clipboard, now you are ready to use the direct url in your SMS & Social Media Campaigns.

The Smart Reply QR Code feature allows businesses to generate a QR code for any configured Smart Reply keyword. When customers scan the QR code, they are automatically redirected to the corresponding WhatsApp chat with the Smart Reply keyword pre-filled in the message box. This eliminates the need for customers to manually type keywords and helps businesses capture leads quickly and efficiently

When you click the Direct URL button for a Smart Reply keyword, the Direct URL page opens, where you can find the QR Code option. Clicking QR Code generates a QR code for the selected WhatsApp channel.

When a customer scans the QR code, they are automatically redirected to the corresponding WhatsApp chat with the configured Smart Reply keyword pre-filled in the message box. Once the message is sent, the associated Smart Reply response or action is triggered.
