Integrating WhatsApp with Zoho CRM Mobile App

Our extension is fully compatible with Zoho CRM Andriod Mobile App, this helps you to chat with customers on move using the Zoho CRM Mobile App.

This feature is in beta so you have to request beta access through Picky Assist by sending an email to mentioning your Zoho CRM super admin email address Please note the this feature works only in Zoho CRM Andriod Apps only

Once you get the confirmation from Zoho Team that the beta access is enabled you need to Reset your Zoho CRM Mobile App -> Settings -> Data -> Reset App -> Reset

You will able to see WhatsApp Button in Lead, Contact, Deals, Accounts & Invoice Module in your Zoho CRM Mobile App as shown below;
