# Introduction

Broadcaster helps you to send outgoing messages by manually inputting mobile numbers / uploading from an excel sheet/ or selecting from existing subscribers list.

You can send Text, Images, Video , Document & Audio via WhatApp. Currently only WhatsApp Channels are supported in the Broadcaster

## How it Works

When you create a campagin in broadcaster it will communicate with your connected WhatsApp Channel and further it will start sending messages

## Where to Use?

Broadcaster is a great tool to communicate with your subscribers / customers. It can be used to send promotional and general informational messages.

### If you are sending WhatsApp messages to unknown contacts then there is high possibility of getting your number blocked by WhatsApp so we request you to please send WhatsApp message only to your customers which are known to you or your organisation.
