In this you can specific channels like SMS, WhatsApp & Call , the channels enabled here will be shown in the top of widget for an example if WhatsApp Channel is enabled then a whatsapp icon will be displayed as shown below

SMS Channel

You can tell your visitors to continue chat through SMS in case of poor connectivity , specify the keyword and SMS Gateway Number Here. If you have Smart Replies Activated with SMS then please use the relevant keyword to initiate the conversation.

SMS Number : Specify your SMS Gateway Number where the visitors need to send SMS SMS Message : Specify keyword of Smart Reply to get started with Chat SMS Instructions : Here you can specify the instruction which need to be shown to the visitor like “To Get Started with Offline Chatting Send “Hello” from your Mobile To “12233333”

WhatsApp

You can allow your Visitors to continue the chat through WhatsApp, specify the keyword and WhatsApp number here. If you use the whatsapp number linked with Picky Assist then make sure Smart Reply is enabled and Online.

WhatsApp Number : Specify your WhatsApp Gateway Number where the visitors need to send WhatsApp Message WhatsApp Message : Specify keyword of Smart Reply to get started with Chat WhatsApp Instructions : Here you can specify the instruction which need to be shown to the visitor like “To Continue Chatting through WhatsApp Send “Hello” from your Mobile To “12233333” or Click the Button Below WhatsApp Button Text : Here you can customise the text which need to be shown on the Button , on clicking the button it will open user WhatsApp with the keyword pre-filled.

Click 2 Call

Click 2 Call feature allows customers to directly talk with you using the inbuilt Telephony feature. Please make sure the Call Conference feature is enabled in your picky assist mobile app and SIM Card. Please specify the agent number along with country code whom the call need to be connected.

Click 2 Call Number : Here specific the number of an agent which the call need to be connected , please make sure the number is inputed in the correct format. Click 2 Call Instructions : Here you can specify the instruction which need to be shown to the visitor like “If you would like to talk with us then please enter your mobile number in the below form and we will connect you instantly” Click 2 Call Button Text : Here you can customise the text which need to be shown on the Button , on clicking the button it will call the agent then the customer.
