How to Add Multiple Products or Records on to the Catalog
Step 1: Open Picky Assist

First, go to your Picky Assist Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to Products

On the left-hand panel, scroll down and click on All Menus. From the list that appears, find the Commerce Section and select Products.
Step 3: Choose Multiple Records

Once you’re on the Products page, you will notice a small dropdown arrow next to it. Click on the dropdown arrow and select Create Multiple Records.
Step 4: Fill Product Details

A new window will open where you can add multiple products.
In the first field, add the Product Name.
Next, type a short description for your product.
Then, upload the Product Image: Click on the image field → select an image from your system → click Open. The selected image will appear. Now click on Insert to add it to the field.
Select your currency (For India, choose INR).
Enter the price of your product.
Finally, choose the condition (New, Used, or Refurbished).
Step 5: Add Brand Name

Now, add the Brand from the dropdown list. If your brand is not listed, click Create Brand to add a new one. For detailed steps on creating a new brand, please watch our video on Adding a Single Product (where brand creation is explained in detail).
Step 6: Choose Catalog & Availability

Select the Catalog Name where you want to add these products (e.g., “New Shop”). Next, turn Availability ON if the product is in stock. If it is out of stock, turn this OFF.
Step 7: Make a Copy (Clone)

To save time, you can clone an existing record by clicking the Clone Icon.
Step 8: Copy is Created

A new duplicate record will be created (without the price). This helps you quickly edit and update similar products.
Step 9: Edit the Copy

Update the duplicate record by adding the correct price or other details.
Step 10: Add More Records

To add new products:
Click the New Record (Blue Icon) → one new record field will be added.
Or, click the dropdown arrow next to New Records → choose to add 5 or 10 records at once.
Step 11: Complete All Fields

Fill all fields for your products, including name, description, images, price, condition, etc.
Step 12: Save Records

After completing all the records, click on the Create Records button at the bottom right corner.
Step 13: Records Created Message

You will see a notification showing the total number of records created.
Step 14: Go Back to Products

To confirm, go back to All Menus → Commerce Section → Products.
Step 15: Check All Products

Under All Products, you can now see the list of records (products) you have created.
Step 16: Open Catalog Section

Next, go to All Menus → Commerce Section → Catalogs.
Step 17: Select Catalog

Here you will see the number of catalogs you’ve created. Click on the View Products icon for a specific catalog.
Step 18: See Products in Catalog

Inside the catalog, you will see the products you created earlier, correctly linked to that catalog.
That’s it! You’ve successfully added multiple products at once.
