The signup process is quick and simple, requiring only a few basic details about you and your business. Once your account is created, you will have access to the Picky Assist dashboard where you can manage contacts, track conversations, capture leads, and automate workflows, all from one place.

#### Step 1: Enter Basic Details

To begin the signup process, you will be asked to provide a few essential details, including your **WhatsApp number**, **Full Name**, **Company Name**, **Business Email**, and **a strong password** of your choice. After filling in these details, take a moment to review the **Terms & Conditions** and **Privacy Policy**, then tick the checkbox to confirm your agreement. Once done, click on **Create Account** to proceed.

#### Step 2: Verify with OTP

Next, an **OTP (One-Time Password)** will be sent to the business email you provided. Simply enter the **OTP** in the designated field and click Verify to move forward in the signup process.

#### Step 3: Set Up Workspace

After verification, you will set up your basic workspace details. Enter a project name for your business, and a **workspace URL** will be generated automatically. Select your **preferred date format** and confirm the suggested **currency** based on your location. Once everything is set, click **Continue**.

#### Step 4: Add Business Information

Now, provide some quick information about your business. Select your **Industry Type**, choose the **number of employees**, and indicate your **desired outcomes** **(You can make multiple choices)**, what you hope to achieve using Picky Assist. You will also need to mention how many l**eads you usually receive each month** and whether **you run paid ads or not**. After completing these details, click **Continue**.

#### Step 5: Share Business Details

In this step, enter your website URL and briefly describe your business challenges or pain points. Once completed, click **Continue** to proceed.

#### Step 6: Choose a Price Plan

Select the pricing plan that best fits your business needs. You can choose from the **Free Forever Plan**, **Starter Plan**, or **Growth Plan**, and opt for either monthly or yearly billing options. Once you’ve made your selection, click **Submit** to confirm.

#### Step 7: Account Created
