# How to Request New WhatsApp Templates

This ensures smooth delivery, better trust, and reliable customer reach. With Picky Assist, creating and requesting catalog or multi-product templates is simple. This guide walks you through the process step-by-step.

### Step 1: Open Your Picky Assist Dashboard

Log in to your Picky Assist account to access the main dashboard.

### Step 2: Go to Channels

Navigate to **All Menus → Settings →** [**Channels**](https://app.pickyassist.com/settings/channels).

### Step 3: Select WhatsApp Business API

Click on **WhatsApp Business API**.

### Step 1: Choose Format

Select **Catalog Format → Catalog Message**.

### **Step 2: Add Content & Submit**

Fill the **body** and **footer** sections as needed. A preview will appear on the right. **Submit for approval**.

The template appears under pending review. Click **Sync with WhatsApp Account**.

### Step 1: Create New Template

Repeat the initial steps: name, category, language, and select **Template Type → Catalog**.

Select **Catalog Format → Multi-Product Message**.\
Add headings, body, and footer content and submit for approval.

* Once your WhatsApp template is created, it will automatically go under review. Just like before, click on **“Sync with WhatsApp Account.”**
