How to Send Bulk WhatsApp Messages
Bulk messaging helps you reconnect with customers, share offers, promote products, and automate follow-ups efficiently. With Picky Assist Broadcaster V2, you can easily filter contacts based on conditions like last purchase date or total order value, select a pre-approved WhatsApp template, attach catalog products, and send or schedule a campaign. This guide walks you through the complete step-by-step process.
Step 1: Go to Your Picky Assist Dashboard
Open your Picky Assist Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Broadcaster V2 → Campaigns
From the left-side menu, go to All Menus → select Broadcaster V2 → and click on Campaigns.

Step 3: Enter Campaign Name & Choose Contact Source
Inside the campaign section, enter a Campaign Name. You will also see three options to select the contact source:
Select From Contacts
Copy & Paste Numbers
Dynamic Upload (Excel/CSV Sheet)

Step 4: Select From Contacts
From the available contact source options, choose Select From Contacts and click on Select Contacts.

Step 5: Apply Filter – Customers Who Haven’t Ordered in 60 Days
Here you can filter contacts based on your needs. Click Filter → Attribute → Not in the Last. From the dropdown, select Days, enter 60, and click Add. This will filter all contacts who have not placed any order in the last 60 days.

Step 6: Apply Filter – Based on Total Amount
Another example of filtering is based on the order amount. If you want to target customers who ordered above ₹1000, choose Total Amount → Greater Than → 1000. Click Add, then Save.

Step 7: View Selected Contacts
Now you can see the total number of contacts selected based on your filter conditions.

Step 8: Choose a Pre-Approved Template
Scroll down and click Select Template. Choose any pre-approved WhatsApp template you want to send as your bulk message.

Step 9: Add Thumbnail Product
After selecting your template, scroll down to the Thumbnail Product section. Click Select Product, choose the product you want to show as the main thumbnail, and click the green Select Product button.

Step 10: Add Sections & Multiple Products
Below that, you can add a Section Name and choose multiple products under that section. You can create one or more sections and add products to each, then click Select Product to confirm.

Step 11: Send Now or Schedule for Later
Once all required products are selected, scroll down. You will see two options:
Send Now
Send Later (to schedule the campaign with date & time)
Select the option based on your requirement.

Step 12: Confirm Channel & Start Campaign
A confirmation popup will appear showing the selected channel. Verify the details, confirm them, and start the campaign. After sending, wait a few minutes for the results to update.

After sending the bulk message, you can monitor the performance of your campaign. You will be able to see how many messages were delivered, how many failed. Always make sure that your WhatsApp template is approved before sending, and ensure that your contact list is clean and updated to avoid delivery failures.
Step 13: View Campaign Reports
Go to All Menus → Broadcaster V2 → Reports to view campaign reports.

Step 14: Check Detailed Stats
Inside the reports section, click Detailed Stats to view the message status. Here you can see the exact customers who received the message, whether they opened it, and the delivery time.
