How to Edit and Update Products
Step 1: Go to Dashboard

First, go to your Picky Assist Dashboard.
Step 2: Open Product Section

On the left-hand panel, scroll down and click on All Menus. From the list that appears, find the Commerce Section and select Products.
Step 3: View All Products

Once you are on the Products page, under the All Products section, you can see all the products currently added to your catalog. Here, you can enable or disable availability, update a record, or delete a product as needed.
Step 4: Choose Update Record

To edit any product, click on the Update Record option, shown with a pencil-like symbol next to the product name.
Step 5: Edit Product Details

When you select Update Record, you can make changes to details such as the product title, description, and price.
Step 6: Manage Catalog and Collections

You can add or remove catalogs, delete or add collections, and adjust product listings as per your requirement.
Step 7: Update Quantity and Availability

You can also change the quantity in stock and toggle product availability ON or OFF based on current stock.
Step 8: Update Tax and Sale Price

Here, you can edit the Tax Info or modify the Sale Price of the selected product.
Step 9: Save Changes

After making all the necessary updates, click on the Update or Update and Close button to save your changes.
Step 10: Confirmation Message

A notification will appear on the screen that says “Record Updated Successfully.” Your updates will now reflect in the WhatsApp Catalog.
If you make changes to the product title, images, or description, they must be reviewed by WhatsApp before appearing in your catalog. This review may take some time.
How to Bulk Update Multiple Product
Step 1: Bulk Update Multiple Products

You can also update multiple products at once. To do this, select products by clicking the checkboxes next to each one or click Select All Records at the top. Then click on Mass Update. This option allows you to modify a single field (like availability) for many products at once. For example, if you disable availability, all selected products will be marked as unavailable.
Step 2: Bulk Update Confirmation

After applying bulk changes, you’ll receive a notification showing the number of records successfully updated.
Step 3: Add or Remove Products from Catalog

You can also perform Add to Catalog or Remove from Catalog actions for multiple products in bulk. After each action, remember to click Save.
Step 4: Success Message

After saving, you’ll again see a message confirming that the selected number of records were updated successfully.
How to edit Products from CRM
Step 1: Open CRM Menu

From the main dashboard, open the CRM Menu. Under the All E-commerce Related Module, select Products. Here, you’ll see the same list of products that appear in your catalog.
Step 2: Edit Products from CRM

In the CRM, you can also edit any product by clicking the Update Record option.
Step 3: Use 360° View

You’ll also find a 360° View option here.
Step 4: See Complete Product Details

The 360° View allows you to see all product details in one window, making it easier to view and edit information quickly.
Step 5: Edit Within 360° View

Inside the 360° View, you can click on the pen icon to make edits, and then Save your changes directly.
Step 6: Mass Updates from CRM

Back in the CRM product list, you can select multiple products and perform Mass Updates. You can update fields like Availability, Brand, Category, Catalog, or Collection across multiple products at once.
Step 7: Example – Mass Updating Tax

Here’s an example where the Tax field is updated to 5% for multiple products.
Step 8: Updated Tax Shown

You can now see the updated Tax Value (5%) displayed in the Tax Column for all products.
And that’s how you can easily edit and update products in your Picky Assist Catalog and CRM.
This process helps you manage your product catalog efficiently and keep all information accurate and up to date.
