Setting Discount Price

Setting discount prices helps you attract more customers by offering time-based deals or promotional prices. In Picky Assist, you can easily set, edit, or bulk update sale prices for your products directly from the Commerce or CRM sections.

Step 1: Go to Dashboard

Open your Picky Assist Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Products

Go to More Menus → Commerce → Products.

Step 3: Choose a Product to Edit

Here, you can see the original prices of all products. Click the Update Record (pen icon) next to the product where you want to set a discount price.

Step 4: Set Sale Price and Duration

Scroll down to find the Sale Price section. Here, you can:

• Enter the Sale Price.

• Choose the Sale Start Date and Sale End Date.

• Set the start and end times for the sale period. After entering all details, click Update and Close.

Step 5: Confirm the Price Update

After saving, you’ll see a confirmation message that the product has been updated. Now, both the actual price and discounted price will appear, showing the price reduction clearly.

Mass Updating Sale Prices

Step 1: Apply Sale Price to Multiple Products

Select the products you want to update by clicking the checkbox beside each one. To update all, click Select All Records. Then choose Mass Update, and under Choose a Field, you can change:

• Sale Price

• Sale Start Date

• Sale End Date After making the necessary changes, click Save to apply updates to all selected products.

Updating Discount Price from CRM

Step 1: Open CRM Products

Navigate to CRM → E-commerce → Products.

Step 2: Set Discount Prices in CRM

Select the products you want to update. You can select a few or all products using Select All Records. Then click Mass Update, modify the Sale Price, Start Date, or End Date, and click Apply.

Step 3: Verify Bulk Updates

After applying the changes, check your product list to confirm that the sale prices and validity dates are updated as expected.
