Prebuilt modules are ready-made configurations that can be quickly added to new projects during the final step of the onboarding process. These modules are designed to offer ready-to-use functionality, helping customers set up their projects faster and more efficiently. Instead of configuring everything from scratch, customers can leverage these pre-configured modules to save both time and effort.
For example, if a new customer subscribes to Picky Assist to automate their business, they would typically have to configure everything from scratch, including modules, flows, views, and other components. This process can be time-consuming, require significant effort, and increase the chances of configuration errors. This is where prebuilt modules are helpful. By choosing prebuilt modules, customers receive sample modules, flows, connectors, and other features already set up. They can review these configurations to get a better understanding of how everything works and customize them according to their specific needs. Prebuilt modules are especially useful for new customers who aren’t yet familiar with the platform, saving them time and effort.
The foundation of the prebuilt setup lies in the CRM modules, which serve as the core components. These CRM modules are integral because they store and organize key business data, such as leads, contacts, companies, deals, and meetings. Every other feature in the system is connected to these CRM modules, forming a structure.
In the prebuilt configurations, features such as CRM Modules, Flows, Connectors, Schedulers, macro Buttons, Analytics Reports, Email Templates, CRM views etc are included along with the modules. These components collectively cover nearly all the features offered on the Picky Assist platform. For example, workflows (Flows) are closely tied to CRM modules and are triggered by specific events within them, while Connectors enable integrations with third-party applications, further automating tasks and syncing data across different systems.
Additionally, the selection of CRM modules during the prebuilt setup determines the associated features. For instance, when you choose a particular CRM module, like Leads or Deals, related configurations such as workflows, views are also installed along with it. This association ensures that all components work together, allowing for efficient automation and streamlined business processes.
