Workflows are used for automations with the CRM modules. Each Workflow is linked to a specific module, and they are triggered by events occurring in that CRM module. This allows for efficient automation of processes, ensuring that relevant actions are taken promptly in response to specific events. Once triggered, workflows automatically execute a series of predefined actions.
Workflows will be added to projects based on the Prebuilt modules that have been installed. This means that a workflow will only be available if the corresponding associated module is also installed. This ensures that all workflows are relevant and function correctly within the context of the selected modules. For knowing more about Workflows click here.
Let see how each workflows will function in the projects:
Create Leads from Contacts: Whenever a new contact is added into the Contact module this Workflow gets triggered and adds the contact to the lead module as a new record.
Triggering Lead Qualify Bot: This Workflow will get triggered when a new lead is created in the Lead module and it will route the Lead to the βLead Qualifying Chatbotβ.
Create Task to Follow Up Leads: This Workflow will trigger when a new lead is created in the Leads module and it adds a followup Task against the created record and add the record to the Follow Up Funnel.

Assigning User for Leads: This Workflow will trigger whenever a new record is created in the Lead module. This will assign an owner to every new lead created in the Leads module.
Adding Lead to Contacts: This Workflow gets triggered whenever a new lead is created from any source in the Leads module and on triggering, this will add the new Lead to the Contact module as a record.
Trigger Meeting Feedback Chatbot: This workflow is triggered when the meeting status field in the Meetings module changes to "Completed." It then adds the current record to the Meeting Feedback Chatbot to collect user responses.
Message to No Show: This workflow is to send a message and email to the customers if they do not show up or attend the scheduled meeting. This Workflow will be triggered when the meeting status in the CRM is changed to option βNo Showβ.
Lead Status Update When New Deal Creates: This workflow is to update the Lead record in the Leads module when a new deal is created against the lead. This will get triggered when a new deal is created in the deal module.
Add to Attempting to Contact Funnel: This workflow will add the lead to the Attempting to Contact funnel when the leadβs βCurrent Stageβ field is changed to βAttempting to contactβ.
Removing Leads From Funnels: This Workflow will remove the lead from all the Funnels when the leadβs Current Stage field is changed to βGot Business - Closedβ.
