Login History

By using login history we can trace out all the login details of all users.

"Login History" would include information about each time you and Agent logged into your Picky Assist account, such as the date and time of the login, login status, role, Email, and log info where the login occurred. Search the login details by entering the Date , role, status, email, log info, IP.

Date : Login date & time.

Status : Login status (Pass or Fail)

Role : Admin or Agent

Email : Mail id of the person who logged in.

Log info : If the login failed due to any invalid details such as username or password will be shown.

IP : In which IP the Admin or Agent tries to login to the Picky Assist account.
