With Funnels we can do a series of automations against a lead record and we can visually see the journey of the lead. Like workflow it doesn't always need a trigger to activate. In prebuilt Funnels are used to follow up on new leads when they are created on the Leads module and to add the Lead into the funnel when they are not available while contacting. Lead Followup Funnel: Adding Leads into a 15 days followup funnel including sending WhatsApp Message and Creating Task. Whenever a new Lead is added in the CRM, it is added into this funnel with the Workflow ‘Create Task to Follow Up Leads’.
Attempting to Contact Funnel: This Funnel followup on lead when their current stage becomes Attempting to Contact. This funnel is triggered by the workflow ‘Add to Attempting to Contact Funnel’ when the lead current stage is changed to Attempt to Contact.
Note: The flows (Chatbots, Workflows and Funnel) will work only after you click on 'Validate and Publish' button on each flow, otherwise the flows may not work. All these Workflows are customizable and the user can change all the configurations according to their requirements. They have the option to Enable/Disable each flows. So after installing the prebuilt configurations and the user doesnt want some flows they can Disable it.
