Installing Prebuilt while onboarding

The Prebuilt Modules selection is displayed during the final step of onboarding, right after the ‘Connect Channel’ step. This allows you to choose the modules you want to install in your projects. During the Prebuilt Modules selection step, you can choose the desired modules and click the 'Preview Components' button to view the configurations associated with the selected modules.

After selecting the desired modules, customers can view a list of associated configurations and features by clicking on the ‘Preview Components’ button, which provides a clear overview of the features that will be included. This may include Chatbots, Workflows, Funnels, CRM Filter Views, Kanban Views, Macro Buttons, Analytics Reports, Email Templates, Connectors, and Schedulers. The configurations shown in the preview will depend on the prebuilt modules you selected. Connectors, Chatbots, Reports, the Email Builder, and other features (such as Workflows and Views) that are related to System modules that are not associated with any Prebuilt modules will be displayed in the preview by default, without requiring module selection. The below image shows the 'Preview Components' page.

At this stage, you can choose either the 'Complete' or ‘Skip & Complete’ button to finish the onboarding process. If you click the 'Skip & Complete' button, none of the configurations (including those of the System modules) will be installed, meaning you will receive a fresh new project. If you click the 'Complete' button, the prebuilt modules you selected, along with the default configurations shown in the preview will be installed in the new project. If you want to go to the Modules selection page click on the back icon near to CRM Configurations. Simply put, if you click the 'Complete' button without selecting any modules, the System Module configurations and the configurations above mentioned which are not associated with any modules, as shown in the 'Preview Components,' will still be installed in your new project.

Installing Prebuilt Modules After Onboarding

If a user decides to skip the Prebuilt modules during onboarding but later wishes to install the Prebuilt features in their current project, they can do so by clicking on the 'Install Prebuilt Modules' button on the Modular CRM page. Here, they can select the desired modules, preview the accompanying features, and click 'Install' to add the Prebuilt modules and configurations to the project.

Also if you are deleted any of the features in Prebuilt and you can later install that deleted feature by using this option

When selecting Prebuilt modules during onboarding or while selecting when installing from the Modular CRM page, some modules may automatically select other associated modules due to relationships via lookup fields. Deselecting any of these associated modules can cause configuration errors and missing fields in related configurations.
