The Media Gallery feature is available throughout the site, allowing users to conveniently manage and access various types of media files, such as images, videos, and documents. You can access the Media Gallery from sections like Teambox, Flow builder, CRM (using File Upload field), Broadcaster V2 etc for attaching media to messages.

Media files will only appear in the gallery pop-up after they have been uploaded and saved, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible to use across the platform.

From the left side of the gallery pop up you can see the following tabs:

  • Favorites: Quickly access all media files you've marked as favorites for easy retrieval.

  • Recents: View a list of recently used media files for quick access.

  • Giphy: Browse and insert GIFs directly from Giphy.

  • Images, Videos, Audios, Documents : Under all these you can access and manage your files which are already uploaded

  • Upload

Upload New Media: Add new media files to the gallery by using the Upload button. This allows you to seamlessly incorporate new images, videos, documents, and more into your media library.

Click on the upload button and add the required file to the media library once selected click on the Save button. The newly uploaded file can be viewed under specified file format (Images,videos,documents etc) in the media library.

Note: While uploading please follow the instructions and file size mention in the upload pop up

In the top we can see the search box, sort option and view tab :

Search Button: Easily locate specific media files by entering the name of the file under the selected file format .

Sort Options: Organize your media files by Name, Size, Last Used or created date to quickly find what you need.

View Tabs: Switch between different viewing types to display your media files in a way that best suits your needs. Choose between grid or list views for better visualization.

Folder to organize files

New folder can be created by clicking the “+” button.

A box will open where you can enter a name for the new folder and click on the tick button to create. All the created folders will be added to the media gallery near the “+” button

Organize Media Files: You can now move and organize your media files into this newly created folder. This helps keep your media library structured and easy to navigate.

Folder Management

  • View Created Folders: Your newly created folders will appear near the "Add to Folder" button. This allows for easy access and management of your organized media files.

By using folders, you can effectively categorize and manage your media assets, making it simpler to locate and utilize specific files as needed.

More Button

The "More" button for a file provides detailed information such as the image name, description, size, URL, and other relevant details.
