# Third-party Integrated Delivery Provider (360 View)

### Overview

The **Delivery** section in **Order 360 View** gives you visibility and control over the full delivery lifecycle for integrated logistics providers.

From this section, you can initiate pickup, track status changes, update delivery details, and create a new delivery when needed.

### Quick guide

* Go to **Orders** → select an order → open **360 View**
* Locate the **Delivery** section

* Click **Pickup Request** to initiate pickup

<figure><img src="/files/nCSD04VcfLHXzCbz6r20" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* Monitor delivery status and estimated time updates

  <figure><img src="/files/5v79KTLKVAXgXOEBSmzw" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
* Use the available actions to refresh status, track order, cancel delivery, or update delivery details

  <figure><img src="/files/jyA6xxa1dssUbVZPcEGr" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
* If delivery fails or is cancelled, click **Add New Delivery**
* View delivery status from the order list using the delivery icon

### Delivery actions

#### Pickup request

A **Pickup Request** button is available when a delivery partner is assigned.

When you click it:

* the pickup process starts with the delivery partner
* the UI updates with pickup-related details

  <figure><img src="/files/jNQo5Fxba9XHq3tNjNcH" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Estimated time updates

The estimated time shown in the delivery section changes based on the delivery stage and partner updates.

#### Before pickup request

Before pickup is initiated, the system shows an **Estimated Delivery Time**.

This value is calculated using:

* the TAT provided by the delivery partner
* the pickup date and time configured in the platform

  <figure><img src="/files/rNrwnuyEPuk6GsRLRhJ5" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This is a pre-calculated estimate.

#### After pickup request is initiated

The UI updates to show **Estimated Pickup Time**.

This indicates when the partner is expected to pick up the order.

<figure><img src="/files/GUS7ugbRnKRdEZGFpAoF" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### After delivery is accepted by the partner

Once the partner accepts the shipment:

* the system fetches the actual TAT from the partner API
* the UI updates to show a more accurate **Estimated Delivery Time**

  <figure><img src="/files/48cYBUbMhmVPYMhFUKEN" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This replaces the earlier calculated estimate with a partner-based estimate.

#### After delivery is completed

Once the order is delivered:

* the system shows the delivered date and time

This gives you the exact completion time for reference.

#### Summary of behavior

* Before pickup → Estimated Delivery Time
* After pickup initiation → Estimated Pickup Time
* After acceptance → Estimated Delivery Time from the partner
* After delivery → Delivered date and time

### Delivery status definitions

The delivery lifecycle is represented through different statuses, helping users track the progress of each order.

#### Pending

This status appears after the order is created and delivery is added, but before pickup is requested.

<figure><img src="/files/alYGQzaUOXOMlwmRiQWF" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Initiated

This status appears after you click **Pickup Request**.

It means the pickup request has been sent to the partner.

<figure><img src="/files/a8KRVoSKAzW5c8iMsfCU" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Accepted

This status appears when the partner accepts the shipment.

<figure><img src="/files/XoCouHeyDwqhzv2Yn0XJ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Dispatched

This status means the order is out for delivery.

<figure><img src="/files/CZRoezP9LfxPrX1tRXe2" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Delivered

This status appears when delivery is completed successfully.

The system also records the delivered date and time.

#### Cancelled

This status appears when:

* the delivery is cancelled manually
* the related order is cancelled

  <figure><img src="/files/8Nz608HWCttZ4cCJj7AN" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Failed

This status appears when:

* the delivery is rejected
* the delivery cannot be completed
* the partner returns a service or API failure

  <figure><img src="/files/riSXlCRpugJ3ksjXcFVW" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

These statuses are updated based on partner responses or user actions.

### Delivery management actions

#### Track order

Use the **Track Order** icon in the delivery action area to view shipment progress.

<figure><img src="/files/9w5UWRDANEGbXOW0cvbn" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This helps you monitor the current shipment state without leaving the order.

#### Cancel delivery

Use **Cancel Delivery** to stop an ongoing or initiated delivery.

This is useful when the order must be stopped because of customer requests, incorrect details, or operational issues.

<figure><img src="/files/YUdfxsqIvDGmikFnIvha" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="warning" %}
Note: Delivery can only be cancelled when the status is Initiated or Accepted. Cancellation is not allowed in other stages of the delivery lifecycle.
{% endhint %}

#### Update delivery details

Use **Update Delivery** to modify delivery details directly from the **Delivery** section.

This action is available through the update icon in the delivery action area.

<figure><img src="/files/uq8gWUaNo4hEb9VBd0vZ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="warning" %}
Delivery charges can be updated only when the delivery status is Pending. Once the delivery moves to the Initiated stage, the delivery charges are no longer editable.
{% endhint %}

#### Add new delivery after cancellation or failure

If delivery is cancelled or fails, you can click **Add New Delivery**.

<figure><img src="/files/rwhM5ce76PRg8cfzLRUc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This lets you assign a new delivery partner within the same order.

### Delivery visibility in the order list

Orders with delivery show a delivery icon in the order card.

#### On hover

The icon shows:

* delivery stage or status
* delivery agent name

#### Status-based indication

The icon color changes based on the delivery status:

* Normal for active delivery
* Cancelled
* Failed<br>

  <figure><img src="/files/ERnAIurKVPdODfdYefjp" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This helps you identify the delivery state without opening the order.

### Summary

This view helps you:

* initiate pickup for integrated providers
* track the full delivery lifecycle
* update or cancel delivery when allowed
* reassign delivery when needed
* check delivery state from the order list

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.pickyassist.com/whatsapp-commerce/logistics-integration/logistics-core-module/delivery-details-in-order-360-view/third-party-integrated-delivery-provider-360-view.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
