# Maruti Courier

### Overview

Picky Assist Ecommerce integrates with Maruti Courier through Innofulfill.

Once connected, use Maruti Courier as a delivery provider. Delivery-status updates sync with Picky Assist.

Maruti Courier also supports Hyperlocal Delivery for eligible locations. Availability depends on service availability.

### What you can do

With the Maruti Courier integration, you can:

* Create and manage shipments through Maruti Courier.
* Use Ecommerce delivery for regular shipments.
* Use Hyperlocal delivery for eligible local deliveries.
* Sync delivery-status updates from Maruti Courier to Picky Assist.

### Prerequisites

You need an active, logged-in Innofulfill account.

### Step 1: Generate the API key

Generate an API key in the Innofulfill portal before connecting Maruti Courier.

1. Open **All Menus → Apps → Maruti Courier**.

3. Enter a key name in Innofulfill.
4. Under **Feature Access**, select **Select All**.
5. Create the API key and copy it.<br>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The API key will be displayed only once. Copy and save it securely when it is generated, as you won't be able to view it again.
{% endhint %}

### Step 2: Connect Maruti Courier

1. Paste the generated API key into **API Key**.

1. In **Maruti Courier Settings**, select **Open webhook settings**.<br>

4. Configure the events in both the **Hyperlocal** and **Ecomm** tabs.
5. Save the changes.

Once configured, Innofulfill applies delivery-status updates to the corresponding Picky Assist orders.

### Ecommerce and Hyperlocal Delivery

#### Ecommerce

Use Ecommerce for regular courier shipments through Maruti's ecommerce delivery network.

#### Hyperlocal

Use Hyperlocal for eligible local deliveries where Maruti provides hyperlocal service.

Hyperlocal and same-day delivery availability depends on the delivery location. Check Maruti serviceability for the required location.

{% hint style="info" %}
Use Hyperlocal only when Maruti supports the pickup and delivery locations.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.pickyassist.com/whatsapp-commerce/logistics-integration/delivery-partner-integrations/maruti-courier.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
