What is Broadcaster Lite?

Broadcaster Lite is a mobile app feature that allows users to send messages to multiple contacts at once. It supports both CRM contacts and mobile phone contacts, making it easy to reach all your audience from one place. With a simple and user-friendly interface, users can quickly select contacts, select templates, and send it without any technical knowledge.

The main advantage is that you can send messages to:

  • CRM Contacts (saved in your system)

  • Mobile Contacts (saved on your phone)

This makes it easy to reach all your contacts from one place without switching between apps.

Why Use Broadcaster Lite?

  • Send messages to both CRM and mobile contacts

  • Easy to use — no technical knowledge needed

  • Saves time by sending messages in one go

  • Quick communication directly from your mobile

Getting Started

Step 1: Open Broadcaster Lite

  • Open the mobile app

  • Go to the More Menu section

  • Tap on Broadcaster

  • Give a Campaign name (for your reference)

Step 2: Start Broadcasting

  • Enter a Campaign Name (optional — if not provided, an ID will be automatically generated)

  • Select the Channel you want to send the message through

Step 3: Add Contacts

In Broadcaster Lite, you have two options to select contacts:

Mobile Contacts

  • Select contacts directly from your phone

  • You can use the search option to quickly find and select contacts

CRM Contacts

  • Select contacts saved in your CRM

  • You can use "Filter Contacts" to easily find and choose the required contacts

Using Filters (CRM Contacts)

When selecting "Select from Contacts", you can use filters to quickly find the right audience.

The following filter options are available:

  • Tag Filter contacts based on specific tags assigned to them.

  • Category Select contacts belonging to a particular category.

  • Last Interaction Time Filter contacts based on when they last interacted with your business. You can choose a date range to narrow down the selection.

  • Last Ordered Time Filter contacts based on their last order activity. A date range selection is available to refine results.

Step 4: Create Your Message

  • Select and send a template message

  • Fill in the required fields in the template (if any)

  • Upload media files such as:

    • Images

    • Documents

    • Other supported files (based on the template)

Step 5: Send the Broadcast

  • After selecting the template and adding the required media (if applicable), you have two options:

    • Send Now – to send the message immediately

    • Send Later– to send the message at a later time

Your message will be delivered to all selected contacts.

Step 6: View the Reports

  • After sending the broadcast, you will be automatically redirected to the Reports page of the current message

  • If the message is sent, you can view the overview report of the broadcast

  • If the message is scheduled:

    • You will see the scheduled details such as:

      • Number of contacts

      • Selected channel

      • User name

      • Scheduled time

      • Created time

    • A Pause option will be available to stop the scheduled broadcast if needed.

Users with the required permissions can view broadcast reports from both the mobile app and the web version, regardless of where the broadcast was created or sent.

You can also view broadcast reports in the Reports module, available under the More section, just below Broadcaster.
