Testing Service with WhatsApp Shared Number
In order to test any of the Picky Assist Services you should first have a Channel Connected to your PIcky Assist Project. By default only Facebook Messenger & WhatsApp Shared Number is enabled as a Channel in the Picky Assist. For testing WhatsApp number your own number you have to either get approval from WhatsApp first through us or you have to make use our our WhatsApp Web Automation Service which requires creation of server manually from our side.

By default, all projects have one pre-defined un-branded keyword to know your un-branded keyword go to Settings -> WhatsApp Shared
Click on the "WhatsApp Shared" and a popup will open as below

    Number is the WhatsApp Shared Number
  2. 2.
    Keyword is the Unbranded Keyword
  3. 3.
    Direct Link is to share directly with users

Now, you have to send your unique keyword as a WhatsApp message from your WhatsApp number to our WhatsApp Shared Number 919737001155
Once you send a WhatsApp message this will create a session between our WhatsApp Shared Number and Your WhatsApp Number in short your WhatsApp number will be whitelisted with Picky Assist.
Now you will able to send and receive messages between your number and our WhatsApp Shared Number and able to use it with any of the Services like Smart Replies, Zoho CRM, WhatsMail etc
If you would like to test or Whitelist with any other number then please follow the same steps as below

    Share Your Unique Keyword to Person whom you want to Whitelist for Testing
  2. 2.
    Ask them to Send the Unique Keyword as WhatsApp Message to 919737001155
  3. 3.
    That's it Now Whitelisted Users will able to send and receive WhatsApp Messages

If you would like to integrate the WhatsApp Shared Number as Channel to different Adon's and test it then you need to select the channel in each Adon's as mentioned below

Select the Project then go to Settings -> App (Tab) -> Zoho CRM and click on Activate 7 Days Trial then Go to Zoho CRM Marketplace then Install the Picky Assist Extension, once the extension is installed Refresh the Settings Page in Picky Assist and Select the WhatsApp Shared Number as shown below

Select the Project then go to Settings -> App (Tab) -> WhatsMail and click on Activate 7 Days Trial then select the Channel as shown below and Update the Settings

Select the Project then go to Settings -> App (Tab) -> Zapier and click on Activate 7 Days Trial then select the Channel as shown below and Update the Settings

Select the Project then go to Settings -> App (Tab) -> Zendesk and click on Activate 7 Days Trial then select the Channel as shown below and Update the Settings

If you are developer and would like test the API & Webhook then you need to pass application=919737001155 while sending a message
In the Webhook when you receive Incoming Messages you will get application=919737001155 this means the message is received on your WhatsApp Shared Number
