Overview

Product Templates allow businesses to showcase products directly from their WhatsApp Catalog within a message. This helps users easily browse, view details, and take action without leaving the chat.

Types of Product Template

You can configure product templates in two ways:

1. Catalog Message

• Display products from the entire catalog

• Users can browse the full catalog directly

2. Multi-Product Message

• Select and display specific products

• You can add up to 30 products in a single message

Key Features

• Products are fetched from the linked WhatsApp Catalog

• Each product displays:

  • Product name

  • Price

  • Image

Button Support

• Only the following actions are supported:

  • View Product

  • View Catalog

No additional buttons are allowed:

• ❌ Quick Replies

• ❌ Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons

Requirements

Ensure the correct catalog is linked to your WhatsApp account

• Products must be:

  • Properly synced with the catalog

  • Visible in the WhatsApp Catalog
