## Chat Widget for SaaS Platforms

We’ve introduced the **Chat Widget** for SaaS platforms, enabling seamless WhatsApp integration using Picky Assist.

SaaS products can now embed the chat widget into their platforms, allowing users to initiate WhatsApp conversations directly. This enhances customer engagement and simplifies communication without leaving the application.

## “Not Starts With” Validation in CRM Mobile Number Field

We’ve introduced a new **“Not Starts With” validation operator** for the mobile number field in the CRM Module Builder.

This allows admins to restrict numbers that begin with specific prefixes (such as certain country codes or leading digits like 0), helping improve data sanitization and ensure more accurate input.

## Add to Contact feature in Broadcaster V2

We have introduced the **‘Add to Contact’** feature in Broadcaster V2, allowing users to save broadcast recipients as new contacts in the Contacts module.

With this enhancement, when sending broadcast messages via **Dynamic Upload (Excel/CSV)** or the **‘Send to Broadcast’** option from any CRM module, users can directly add those numbers to the Contacts module. This is done by mapping attributes such as **Name** and **Email** from the uploaded file or existing CRM data.

This feature primarily helps users track contact details and interactions in Teambox history by ensuring broadcast recipients are saved as contacts. Additionally, it streamlines the process by enabling users to add and manage contacts simultaneously while broadcasting, eliminating the need for separate manual contact creation and helping build a reusable contact database for future communication and campaigns.

**Dynamic Upload** - Open Broadcaster V2 → Dynamic Upload → Upload File → Scroll to bottom → Enable Add to Contact Toggle<br>

**Send to Broadcast** - Open a CRM Module → Select Records → Click Send to Broadcast → Scroll to bottom → Enable Add to Contact Toggle
